Are you tired of poor warranties, extensive warranty exceptions and legalese? We are also.
Gross Bricks stands by a simple, straightforward warranty policy: Our systems are meticulously engineered and manufactured using digital 3D tools including 3D scanners, 3D CAD and 3D printing as well as injection molding (just like Lego). A foundational principal of ours is to deliver Bricks of a similar quality as original Lego pieces. If you encounter any issues related to the materials, workmanship or shipping of your products, we’ll make it right at no additional cost to you.
All that said, by necessity, many Gross Bricks products are very small, with some features perhaps smaller than one might find in Lego pieces. Thus, some of our Bricks are more fragile than many Lego bricks (which are indeed renowned for their durability). If any of your Bricks arrive broken, we will replace them at no cost to you.
Similarly, if you or your kid screwed up, own it, be reasonable, and we will do our best to keep you satisfied.
No Returns. No Refunds.
Did you buy something once, sit on it for 29 days, then march back to the store for a full credit or cash? Cool story — but that’s not how we roll. We would love to be as good as Amazon with returns and refunds but we don’t design or sell anything you can find on Amazon.
Among other excuses, buyer’s remorse, stepping on and breaking a Gross Brick, or “my plans changed” won’t qualify for a return or a refund.
